I booked an AC room when I reached to Satara on emergency basis because rikshawala recommended (Needed Decent place to stay with family). Hotel charged me 2500 however if you book online you'll have to pay around 1500 (check my attached screenshot, I'll update my bill once checked out). This hotel is not worthy of my single penny. Ac dripping all the time, comode flush is dripping, shower is not repaired since ages. Please find my photos for your reference. In addition to all of this poor services, hospitality staff provide services like we're begging to them.. I ordered a bottle of water at 6:30 am but delivered at 7:09 am. I have tasted breakfast yet but not feeling too go for it....

The location of this hotel is good and central. Nothing much in terms of amenities. The staff is helpful. Wi fi connectivity was not provided even after asking for the same. Not recommended for families.

Good place for visitors going to KAAS. This hotel is close to the Satara Bus Station. We checked in here during our visit to Kaas which is 30 mins drive from this Hotel. The service was good and prompt and helpful staff

Booked deluxe room and paid full amountin adavance , but on arrival hotel offered standard room. But luckily photo of the room was there in the booking voucher and hence could get deluxe room. Even though this hotel appear top in Google search and appear good from outside, once you go inside, it is a very old Lodge only. Rooms and in bad shape with cocoraoch roaming. Switch of AC and geyser are provided outside the room in the mainswitch board. These switches are off most of the time.Only limited items in the room service menu. Restaurant serve only thali.Overall not worth the amount you pay.

We travelled with BNHS (Bombay Natural History Society) who arranged for accommodation at this hotel. The rooms are simply below standard, they are not maintained well - lots of cracks / crevices, chipped furniture, paint peeling away. Somehow, I feel that no matter where the hotel is, there needs to be a basic minimum standard for upkeep and that should not be compromised ever. The basin was cracked at various places, the bathroom door was broken. The location is also not central enough - while there are a few shops around, the town centre of Satara is about a couple of kilometres away. We had lunch and dinner on day 1 and breakfast on day 2 at this hotel. The food is typically Maharashtrian cuisine for both meals (incidentally this is a vegetarian hotel). The breakfast was a bit of a disaster - as some parts of the breakfast did not arrive and the guests along with us had to do without it. I really would not go back to this hotel.
